The Space:
As you step through the main entrance, a cozy corridor welcomes you into the inviting living room on Level A, featuring two large, plush sofas and a charming fireplace. To your right, you’ll find a spacious kitchen, complete with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together.
The villa spans three beautifully designed levels. On the ground floor, you’ll discover the main living areas: a comfortable living room, an elegant dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes an office with a striking exposed wooden ceiling, three bedrooms, and auxiliary spaces (bathroom, WC, and storage), all with direct access to the lush garden and serene pool.
The first floor is a private retreat, hosting the master bedroom. This sanctuary boasts an exposed wooden ceiling, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom, offering complete seclusion from the rest of the house. Expansive windows throughout the villa invite natural light and breathtaking views, seamlessly connecting the interior to the picturesque countryside.

Theodora fell in love with the land, envisioned the villa, and brought her dream to life. She personally designed, built, and decorated the villa, planting every tree and carefully curating each piece of furniture and antique during her travels across Greece and the world.
Her “meraki” – a Greek word for doing something with love and soul – infuses every corner of the villa, creating a warm and homely atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Guests have access to all areas of the house and the estate, except for the basement.
